Close skill gaps
before you need to hire.
Hiring to fill a skill gap costs ~$28,000 per engineer. SkillFlow gives your team AI-driven roadmaps matched to live job market demand — so you're always training on the right stack, before the gap becomes a blocker.

How it works
Three steps from setup to a team that's ahead of the curve.
Assign market-matched roadmaps
Map each engineer to a structured roadmap aligned with your stack and the roles you're hiring into. SkillFlow cross-references every path against live job listings — so the curriculum reflects what the market is actually paying for right now, not last year.
Track gaps, not just progress
The team dashboard shows who's advancing, who's stalled, and where your collective skills diverge from job market demand. Adaptive quizzes validate knowledge was actually acquired — not just that someone clicked through a module.
Act on weekly intelligence
Weekly digest reports surface which engineers are ready for expanded scope, which skills are becoming table stakes, and whether your team is ahead of or behind the broader market. No manual tracking required.
What's different about SkillFlow
Most training platforms sell you a course library. SkillFlow is a workforce intelligence layer.
AI roadmaps, not a course catalog
Your team doesn't need 10,000 courses — they need to know exactly what to learn next, in what order, matched to the roles you're building toward. SkillFlow generates personalized paths, not a firehose.
Skill gap analysis tied to live demand
Every week, real job listings tell you what the market is hiring for. SkillFlow surfaces the delta between your team's current skills and that demand — so training decisions are driven by data, not intuition.
Verified skills, not completion theater
Adaptive quizzes, XP progression, and difficulty-escalating assessments prove skills were actually acquired. Your weekly digest tells you what your team knows — not just what they watched.
The math is straightforward
Training your team is not optional — the question is what you're paying for it.

Questions from engineering managers
Does my team need individual accounts?
Yes — each of the 10 seats gets a full Pathfinder Pro account. Engineers access their personal roadmaps, quizzes, resume tools, and interview practice. You see the team-level dashboard. Everyone gets the full product.
How does the skill gap analysis actually work?
SkillFlow pulls live job listings (via Adzuna) to track which skills appear most frequently for your team's target roles. It cross-references those against each engineer's roadmap progress and quiz performance — surfacing the delta as gaps you can act on.
What counts as a "verified skill" vs. just watching a video?
SkillFlow uses adaptive quizzes tied to each roadmap topic. A skill is only marked complete when the engineer passes the quiz at their level — not just when they view the content. The difficulty escalates over time to maintain signal quality.
Can we have more than 10 seats?
The founding tier supports up to 10 seats. For larger teams, email us — we will work out a custom arrangement before the self-serve multi-team tier launches later this year.
What are the weekly digest reports?
A weekly email to the admin showing: who is active vs. inactive, which skills were completed, which engineers are ready for new scope, and which skills the market is trending toward that your team has not yet started.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract. Month-to-month billing. Cancel any time from the admin dashboard. Founding teams who lock in now keep the $149/mo rate as long as they stay subscribed — even after the regular price increases.
17 founding team spots left.
The founding rate — $149/mo — locks in forever for the first 20 teams. After that, the price goes to $199/mo. There is no waitlist or trial period required — just start.
